How to choose my size?

It is essential to correctly measure the circumference of your biceps to ensure the greatest comfort and functionality of the sleeve.

1-Take a measuring tape and stretch your arm so that it is straight and relaxed.
2-Wrap the biceps loosely with the measuring tape and write down the measurement in centimeters.
3-Now compare your measurement with our reference table:

Please choose size T1 (XS/S) if your bicep circumference is between 22 and 24 cm.

Opt for size T2 (M/L) if you measure between 25 and 29 cm.

Size T3 (L/XL) is appropriate if your perimeter measures between 30 and 34 cm.

If you measure between 35 and 39 cm, we also have size T4 (XXL).

The cuffs in the pack are interchangeable and there is no problem wearing the right cuff on the left arm, or vice versa.
